Stage-Tech was tasked with the temporary structure engineering, CAD Drawing, rigging and LED video wall portion of the USC Village Opening Gala event. The USC event staff wanted the newly constructed USC Village to be transformed into a beautiful and fun atmosphere for the hundreds of USC Donors and Alumni who attended the dinner event. Multiple vendors were involved in the massive undertaking, and Stage-Tech's CAD drawing team were able to stay on top of the revisions throughout the process. The festivities concluded with a spectacular finale highlighted by the beautiful projection mapping display supplied by Bart Kresa on the surrounding buildings.
